Consistently? That's nuts I've seen strains vary up to like 10%.. but I guess that would be due to different seed companies or own breeding program

I think once a strain has an elite pheno cut found, they generally just hammer the fook out of that cut. but i cant find the story anymore. could just be more fake news

No doubt science has come a long way since I was in Denver and strains have improved... But unless I see legal documents showing when and where and how on every bit of it's data... Fuck what percent you tell me it is. I bet average thc level in street bud in my state is 20% tops. I was in the largest Dispensary in USA back in December and most of their bud was 18-24%.
