Re: Flushing
If your in UK it`s been spore season so spores every bloody where, it`s coming to an end now so maybe you`ll be cool.
Make sure you wipe your room down with a spray water bleach mix and possibly use a sulfur candle afterwards to kill off any stragglers in the air, just light the candle, turn extraction fans off for half hour, seal your room and away you go, turn fans back on before going back in if at all possible but no biggi that bit.
If your prone to bud rot just be careful when bending or topping stems cus it`s these breaks that the spores can and will get into the plant through. A good idea i thought was to just blob a wee bit of baby bio on any open wounds caused by being abusive towards the plants, just to seal it up so nowt like spores can gets through till its healed.
Others causes as already said high humidity and very little air movement in your room. A good oscilating fan is your friend their. :)

Re: Flushing
Excellent advice there thank you. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on all that. To try to avoid any problems
I’m just getting buds on my auto flower after 80 long days. She’s huge now.
Got a bit of spider mite that I’m struggling to keep on top of and trying to keep the humidity down. All good fun

Re: Flushing

Re: Flushing
You should mulch over your top layer with wood chips or hay/straw. It'll keep the top layer moist without having to water all the time.
The more you have to water, the more humid it will be

Re: Flushing
Also If your prone to mites or bugs another bug bomb you can get to do your room with after a grow is called bugoff https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SpiderMite-K ... Sd9PMgeVKQ to treat your room with inbetween grows, theirs others bug bombs you can use, but yes these will get into every nook and cranny where mites can hide laying in wait for your new crop. :)
