Looking to set up a 4x4

I have my ventilation equipment and my tent but now I need lights and I am feeling a little overwhelmed by the choices. My friend told me to get some quantum boards as they would be more cost effective in the long run vs running bulbed type setups which cost less upfront but have higher operating costs. What I'm having trouble is finding a quantum board kit that will work for my area of space. So would any of you have suggestions on what to get?

I second invis sun - amazing results albeit they are a hobbiest light not a plug and play.
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
