My stems are always red. What is causing it?
As the title says. What is really causing it? Even in veg, the stems of my plants turn red/purple. Growth rate is good, no signs of deficiencies, ph is spot on, not overfed. My only thinking is temperature. As it has been so hot lately, maybe that is the reason? What do you guys think.

calmag.... mine dont do this even with strains I have grown the same as you. Yours always look red compared to mine but tbh it seems to do them no harm.
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.

Lack ot calmag or excess of it mate? They literally had only two sprays of calmag. And they were red way before I used it on them. I just wonder what might be causing it. Sat here scratching my head thinking about it.

I dont spray any of my plants tbh, maybe its because I use it as a normal feed earlier in veg? Like the week of transplant to NFT?
Again, it really doesnt seem to hold you back at all in fairness.

It doesn't but it annoys me and I want to know why?Nanook of the north wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 2:27 pmAgain, it really doesnt seem to hold you back at all in fairness.
Also I've tried not spraying calmag, just adding it to the feed and it does happen again.

I use calmag for a couple weeks - in the solution. yours are getting 2 sprays so maybe 8 hours of it where mine are getting many?
