Re: Childhood Memories
So having fun reading all of y’alls stories of the past.. so growing up my mom and dad divorced early I was umm 7.. I was a huge tomboy/country girl ( yes I owned a horse goats chickens)/ and always was looking for ways to make money.. sooo I waited for my dad to fall asleep as it was his weekend and he liked his naps. I took all the cheese, cokes and crackers from the house managed to set up a stand outside and had a huge stack of quarters by the time he woke up. Y’all I was proud as hell at my accomplishment and just couldn’t understand why his face was so red and he didn’t seem to appreciate all his cokes and cheese being gone buuutttt I got to keep the quarters
