Twisty bendy spazzed out leaves can be a sign of ph problems summink like too much movement can cause it, im not sure it`s N tioxicity but you never know.

The roots look well rough are you sure you don`t have root rot which is another sign (twisty bendy spazzy deformed leafage) Do the roots stink like bad eggs, farts and methane, that`s a sign you`ve probably got root rot if so. :)

The problems sorted now mate thanks and the roots look like that from my b52 vitamin sup plants doing Great
