Spoke to futuregardens.... I have dealt with these lads quite a few times now and I must say they are super professional!
Sending it back, apparently its not the first one sent back either.... Guessing they will soon stop stocking them reading between the lines!

Quick question for you bro... Without frequent res changes shouldn't there eventually be a buildup of nutrients that the plant hasn't used? If that's the case, I think the torus might be helping absorb those ions like it's supposed to..
I'm at week 7 of only topping off and I've had no issues of nutrient lockout, deficiency, etc.
