Not trying to hijack the thread, but do you guys have any suggestions on what EC/ph I should start out with?
The plants are workimg on their 4th set of leaves right now

I was thinking maybe .5 and 5.7ish ph, see if it drifts up and down like it it's supposed to with the torus

its been a few days now Integrajosh, hows it handling the ph for you mate?
Has it been stable or whats the story?

im also thinking if it seems to have to be near the root zone to maintain the ph , how would it work in a recirc dwc system?

Hey man, imho this thing shouldn't be used until flower/until the roots are pretty big. The ph has consistently been dropping about .3 per day. I made sure to rinse it really good before using too

I'm going to keep it in though, the plants look good so that's what matters I guess. I'm trying to leave the ph alone as much as possible, but when it goes below 5.5 I've been adding ph up.

Gonna go as long as possible without changing the water

I'll update in a few more days

Ph has been fluctuating from 5.7-6.2 and back down to 6.0 over the course of the day, which is a good sign imo. Technically doing what they said it would

Roots are just now starting to blow up, plants look fine too.
Like I mentioned before, I'm only using maxibloom all the way through so I'm going to go as long as possible without doing a rez change. I really want to put this thing to the test

I am now showing signs of root rot when it claimed no need for h2o2.... and the ph is just the same as if left unattended.
