Deficiency or excess?

Post by Josh »

Hey everyone, could use your help deciding whether or not this is a deficiency or excess nutrient problem.

I know that when certain nutrients are in excess it will lock out others and make it look like deficiencies, so I don't want to jump to conclusions on this one.

Here's the rundown

Day 52
All growing in soil
Temps are good

I've been leaching the soil for 2 weeks, only using plain tap
No signs of improvement, I was trying to avoid flushing but maybe I'll have to

All 3 different strains, showing same symptoms
*Red main stem
*Red leaf center
*Fans slightly clawed downward and
dark green, but now starting to lighten up in spots
*tips slightly burnt
*Lower growth looks better off

Other than that they're growing dense, sticky buds, can't help but think I could have gotten more off them though

I'm not the best person to ask on this. :(

I agree with kbag plus genetics.

You say temps are good. But with 3 different strains showing these symptoms I would say environmental. Not much can cause this feed wise and I'd imagine all 3 strains would react differently even if it was excess or def.

What temp is the feed you are using?

Hey all, thank you for the replies. I never considered feed temp being an issue, but straight out the tap it's about 22 C and I've been watering with that

Environmental wise lights off I'm 20-21, lights on 24-26

Humidity is all over the place tbh, lights off 65-80, lights on 35-50

It's very tropical weather here and I have multiple tents running different setups, very hard to dial in temps for all of them

That temp water is cool Josh, you can shock em with real cold feed which I've seen bring colours out. Rest looks good mate. 3 strains playing up genes wise is strange but looks like a cool mutation.

P.s. take cuts off each
