Light rail movers

Post by Nanook »

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience with these? Considering it as a money saver and cutting my lighting bill by half. ATM running an area about 120x210mm - reckon 1x 1000w could do it like this?
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.

I was looking at them once on ebay. Though they might be well handy for someone growing in a big space/room. For a tent grower not that much of a use imo.

My worry is bud size loss from half the l8ght... would it be massive or would it actually be better as you could have the light closer without burning or bleaching...

I don't think you will be able to get thr same result from 1 x 1000w on a rail as using 2 x 1000w buddy. No matter how close you have it and moving.

I would love to see a grow. The above was just my opinion and might be wrong buddy. If its true they might be worth investing in a big room but not so much in a 1.2 tent?

what sort of LED do you have in mind in terms of wattage and what sort of space are you going to use the LED grow light with?
