Looking at first grow in a 0.4m x 0.8m closet (~3 sq ft.) These LEDs look like just the thing. I’d like a light to handle veg & growth for two plants at a time. Don’t need crazy big yields.

Would an ISH 60 be good or quite underpowered?

Which color temp is best?
the driver supplied with the light when increased to max will push the board to 85w, this gives you an extra boost for flower. We rate the board at 60w loosely. they are essentially half watt diodes an there is 120 of them hence the 60w rating, however the boards can easily be run towards 85w with no problem.

as in the post above a 60w board I have seen over 3oz off 1 plant.

when using for seedlings go over 30 inches, and keep it dimmed .
