Ok cool because I honestly don't watch much tv at all 
I'd have to say my top 3 would be 1. Bruce Willis as John McClain from the diehard series.
2. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence from the Bad Boys movies.
3. Last but not least, Jim Carrey as Ace Ventura pet detective, absolutely hilarious

I only watch movies usually but I'll give it a go:
1. Columbo - daytime TV skiving off from school pretending to be ill.
2. Lt frank drebin - police squad - everyones favourite surely. "don't call me Shirley"
3. Magnum Pi - cop enough I reckon and thay moustache
Movie cops:
1. John mclane - die hard franchise (he jumps from a plane!)
2. Axel foley - beverly hills cop
3. Robocop (first movie only)
Stay irie.
