Hi guys sorry for the delay I hit a BIG hitch but it’s all ok now and I now have 17 boards down and 2 to go then I will need to finish up and tidy round the edges so we are about 75% towards stage 1 being complete - Flooring I would just like to point out at this point here none of this floor is actually attached to the ceiling joists it is a completely floating/suspended floor that sits on battens on top of the insulation and the boards are joint by an egger adhesive it is designed like and helps in a massive way stopping any noise or vibrations travelling through our house and also our neighbours the adhesive also creates a water tight seal throughout the entire floor

Thanks for popping in, I’m knackered

I’m literally dying right about now viz top tip though when working with insulation talc yourself right up then immediately have a Luke warm shower the fibres should fall off no problem as the talc seals your pours tricks of the trade eh lol
