No issue, maybe some minor hum but could have been my para

I recon it should do the job for small fans. I've heard negative reviews about 6'' L1 RVK's running on these ones.

I got one. It works but I'd say it's basically 2 settings though: on and not so on.

I have one LML uses it in the Budda Room with 5" and i never ever noticed any difference personally but i was warned about this humming sound when runnuing at lower speeds just didn't notice it

fuk the controllers bach imo id run fans flat out, in my chamber the fans run flat out 10" blower strapped to the light rail blowing down over the canopy + light ...8 inch exhaust it does sound like terminal 5 at heathrow but thats only with the door open,when its closed it hums away like a humming bird.......

all good on my 5" extractor fan, i found the fan was louder the higher speed. my bloodg dehumidufier is the loud fucker. can hear it in the kitchen below hahah

Have you bought one MrMan? Not experience with them but i bought an sms controller with the temp probe....they're cheap and decent!

I've used one of these, do get a bit of a hum when you turn it to low but did the job on 2 grows, now using a conrol freak controller runs OK and quiet
