My outdoor grow (first grow ever)

Hi

Still got very good sunny days here in south Portugal.
They get sun from arround 8:30 am till 7 pm .
We have 3 Blueberry autoflower and 3 White Widow autoflower both from dutch-passion.com
They saw the light 27/28. Of July

I already made beginner mistakes even I read quite a lot before. For example I putt to little earth in the fabric pots and I can explain why. Maybe because the guy in the growshop said fill them up later with earth.
Would that makes sense? I did fill up a bit but don't know what happens to the stem if I do cover it with to much earth.

I used biobizz all mix and the biobizz starter pack fertiliser.
I ordered CalMag should arrive soon.

Problem with insects;

Got white flies. Had fungus gnats ( but was my fault - overwatering) have quite an insects problem. My wife she has around 20 plants on the balcony. So they where already nearby.

I used neemoil in a little sprayer. Helped a day or two. But they are back. Maybe I should had used an emulator?

For advice I'm always thankful.

You seem to be doing ok, it is fine to add more soil more roots will grow from the stem part you cover. You don't have enough posts to be able to post a picture yet.

Don`t use it too much once weekly should be ample if you've been doing them with it already, used too much it will block up plants stomata on leaves and prevent plant from breathing. A good emulsifier to use is a few drops of washing up liquid per ltr of neem mix shaken up up well. Its not only a good emulsifier its a great bug deterrent. Don`t use neem or washing up liquid on flowering plants or it will taste shit and you'll be blowing bubbles.
