Akashi-tai make some seriously good (but expensive) stuff, been finding Hakutsuru have some decent choice at pretty decent prices. Last week, apologies for any potential offence caused, I blame the Baijiu, stuff's like the Chinese looked at peach shnapps and thought "ah fuggit, let's make it 52% alc.." Hehe, good to hear those beans went to good use @2-Scoops, any names to give a look at grows,if they exist, pure curiosity? I've seen them first hand and compared those F4's to the F3 cuttings, hybrids of the F3 male x Waziri and Kerala fems, so I know their traits pretty well, but it's always interesting to see them in a different environment - the genetics are only half of the expression, the rest's up to the environment/grower. It's a pity I didn't have time to get around to doing fems of them, but yeah, brexit customs shit just coming in, it wasn't the least iffy time to be doing it,eh? I get ya, god...more of a believer in karma, myself, plenty of luck that's so bad that most'd despair, but it's balanced out by so much good going the other way, it makes me think sometimes...overall, I can't complain!

In other news, I stuck a handful of Kumaoni in water - 24h later, over 50% are showing massive taprooots and telling me to get a finger out, ffs, so..!

Tbh mate i gave a good few to Keeno to hand out and i also handed out a few myself. But you know how it is peeps take the seeds to collect or disappear into oblivion once they have them. I do remember GMO saying he grew them out and really liked and rated the strain, i also seem to remember that he told me their was a chat about the strain on podcast or on discord or summink like, but nah I've not seen a diary man, you know how it is.

Nice one on the writing, I struggle to even read a book these days, got diagnosed with the ADHD a fair few years back after my dog died and am still on a waiting list to see a specialist for meds. Fucken joke mun. That's why I lean heavily into the narrow leaf plants now, makes me functional to a point where too much makes me a giggling mess.

Ooh, @Marcus the Gohyakumangoku one, I think that was the 3rd I tried. Lovely stuff, but a little savoury for my tastes compared to their other stuff. The one with the chestnut coloured lid was my favourite, can't get it or any other Akashi-Tai stuff for love nor money 'round here at the mo, so... Hakutsuru gear it is, eh?

Tried some Korean Bekseju and Magkeolli recently, both interesting in their own way, but weird as all hell compared to anything I've tried before! Magkeolli was kind of like ice cream soda once the ice cream's completely melted, thick and creamy but not quite so sweet. It's basically the same as sake, but not filtered at all, so there's a chalky rice sediment through it and it's a little fizzy. Quite fond of umeshu or yuzushu either tbh, but ume especially is a bit of an aquired taste, similar to prune juice. Yuzu's pretty much the same as lemon taste wise, Hakutsuru's is nice and smooth, Choya's was a bit more sour, lovely but gave me absolutely horrendous acid afterwards!

Yeah man, especially with psychology, the nhs is a bit crap..not that the hse over here are any better..had a psychologist try to gaslight me into believing I had social anxiety way back... Literally burst into a fit of giggles in the twat's office! Seriously, I grew up with mates who dropped out of school because of anxiety, others that were sectioned and diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar, etc..fuckin' social anxiety. Lol. For comment, dial 0121 do one..no chance! Nah, the git was pissed that didn't need a bloody degree to recognise my own condition.

Bare minimum it's aspergers, more likely schizoid personality. I avoid people because it drains my mental energy, having to manually interpret all the signals everyone else just gets like it's nothing. I have to put so much effort into it that it makes me feel like an empty shell and takes ages to recharge the energy, takes me hours to say what most say in seconds because I don't have the internal mirror everyone else has that tells them how something comes across to others. Hence it always takes me longer to reply to somebody specific than it does to just talk into empty space, at nobody in particular. Totally sounds like anxiety though, eh?! Anyway, rant over lol!

I totally get the not being able to read a book man, I have entire weeks like the last couple where I'm utterly flying, can't go more than a few sentences without zoning out... But I can write like nobody's business. Took a long time to recognise it as hypomania, but writing helps with that. Since the last post here, I've done almost 70k words, but literally avoid everyone in the house apart from Mrs f, nuts as that sounds. I've learned, if I can put down more than 5k words for three days straight, don't talk to people, it's too much for my brain at that moment in time, hence the near two week absence.

Instead I've just kept to writing, and made a Ukranian friend cry her eyes out with happiness with barely a handful of words of support..beats anything I could've done here, much better use of the energy imo, nobody I know needs the hope more. Fucking kills me inside seeing constant air raid warnings over places I know my friends are, but there's bugger all I can do about it other than tell ruskies, до россї на хуї!

'Kin hell man, that's a dog that looks like he loves a good run around! ADHD and that mad lad, the saying of dogs mirroring their owners rings true eh? My lass was a lazy fucker just like me, so..!



Anyways, turns out a handful of beans for me = 28. Out of those, I've got 25 2nd generation Kumaoni seedlings that need weaned off of the humidity of the propagator before potting up, so maybe 10 ish fems by the time they're sexed, and probably not more than half of those once they're sorted through for indoor-suited traits. We'll see. Then I need to find the time to figure out how to put a pic on a diary, because wtf use is a diary without pics?! Yeah, exactly!
