I have always assumed that if its wet then you're good really. I have in the past just run some slightly stronger feed through a young plant if i thought something was wrong but yours don;t look bad to me, perhaps a little light but early days man.

I upped to 1ml/l day before yesterday and they've both taken well to it. I think 0.5ml/l may be too weak for them.

I think you're right about wetness, especially in early days of coco. But I think when they're fully developed, if hand feeding you need to feed daily.

yea i agree, they can be too wet when really young and rot out but they wont now.

i always feed daily, dont tend to feed to run off while they are young.

Gotchya. I guess it depends on pot size too. I start off with smaller pots so when I feel I drain through the coco till run off.. its taking about 3 days to dry. I've been feeding every 2 days, but I'll monitor.

After 4 days...they've both maxed out the propagator. Into large pots this week for sure.

These were looking yellow today. So as I went to feed them.. underneath the pot where it was a little wet I seen these white insects swimming around..about 2mm long. I had a quick Google and think they are springflies according to this forum post https://www.thctalk.com/cannabis-forum/ ... white-bugs!-!

Should I be concerned? I've cleaned them out and will continue to dry underneath the pots daily. I really hope they don't cause harm.. my gut tells me start again but I really cba

I've been giving around 50 to 100ml per day to the pots..but I've been dealing with springflies or whatever they maybe:

Try 2ml a litre if you feeding every 3 days they should have a good few roots now down bottom of pots. Just keep eye on them but i cant see why they wouldn`t take what with every 3 day feeds.

I'm at 1.5ml/l every 2 days or so with 50ml in each pot. Roots are mega on this one. I really need to transplant them. Was supposed to happen today but didn't get time. I did spend time prepping the groom and got my coco and pebbles mixed up, so it's almost ready.

Already rammed momma. Need to transplant but needed to get rid of my whitefly friends :) Scoopsy neem trick has done the job...and most importantly this has given me a supply of neem oil just in case I get nasties..its ready on tap. Fingers crossed not.
