So Germany legalises cannabis

Not seen anything on the forum about this so just thought I’d see what peeps think, some of the new rules seem prity daft such as a three plant limit , they mustn’t know that tents are square, and from what I can gather it’s a 25g limit to carry outdoors or 50grams in the house, so what happens when someone does a grow and they could end up with a pound of weed from three well grown plants , only available from cannabis clubs with a maximum of 500 members, and you can’t consume on the premises but you can smoke in public , tourists can’t join or buy any but they are wanting to tackle the black market, for Germans this doesn’t seem well thought out at all.

I agree some of the laws are a bit silly but I also agree it is a great first step for them

Too bad the folks making the laws aren't educated on how people grow and use their meds. But I'm also thinking that any progress against prohibition is positive.

It's definitely a step on the right direction. Shame about some of the laws, as Grumpy says they should be more educated. They will be loosely basing numbers off old data and legal growing facilities. These places don't use much training like we all do. But 50g from 3 plants...

Agreed definitely a step in the right direction, and will hopefully cause a domino effect in other countries doing the same.
