I just watched an episode of the James Loud podcast that featured Luke Scarmazzo. He was arrested for operating a legal medical dispensary in California and sentenced to 21 years and 10 months in Federal prison. He served almost 15 years before being released. This a reminder that even if you live where things are legal (or quasi-legal) you can't let your guard down. I've ordered his book and can't wait to read it.
