Re: New Years Resolutions
I'm not one for New Year's resolutions per se. However, my wife and I have promised to cut back on plastics. No more water in disposable plastic bottles, use the Brita jug in the 'fridge. Also I'm trying some laundry soap sheets. They are dry sheets and no plastic bottle or water.
I know it a drop in the ocean, but gotta start somewhere.

Re: New Years Resolutions
Quit drinking for at least a month but forever works if i can do it, carry on ciggy free, no more red meat, fish and chicken all the way, dairy free or virtually dairy free. Easy peasy ive not touched a drop of alcohol for a few weeks now, been off ciggies a while but i still pinch a cheeky smoke which needs stopping. Quitting red meat and cheese for good is gonna be really hard one, needs must and all that stuff though.

Re: New Years Resolutions
Actually I'm planning to take a break from the old wacky baccy mainly to lower tolerance and clear my head a bit, smoked every single day for the last few years so it's about time I had a little detox. Hopefully I can cut down my usage overall and start using edibles (RSO) more instead of smoking so many bongs and get back on the vapes as well, might get a bit stressed/anxious at first but that should pass after a few days. Wish me luck, cheers all
