Storing 1l kilner jars in a lockable case
Hey just curious to see how people store their jars, secure them away from kids etc.
I have a max of 35cm depth that I can put a cupboard down but unfortnt3ly it's not lockable and it has sliding doors for ease of access.
So I thought an alternate is a Stanley 26" toolbox which will hold 12 1l kilner jars. £30 a pop and I'll need two. But they'll fit perfectly in that space and have an eye loop for padlock.
Cheers

I like Greenfingers stink proof bag idea. You should get quite a few of those 1 or 2oz stink proof bags they sell on E-Bay cheap enough and a lot more in the toolbox than you would jars, you'll prolly only need 1 toolbox for the lot. You can still sling a 62rh pack in those bags if ya feel need too as well.

Re: Storing 1l kilner jars in a lockable case
Thanks chaps. I made a massive investmsent in the kilner 1l jars when they were like 2.50/3 quid a pop and i love how fresh they keep bud. Plan is to get two of these:
https://www.stanleytools.co.uk/product/ ... 8CAb_y4rFE
I'll be able to fit 12 jars in each toolbox. With space at the top for trim and other bits of related paraphernalia.
Part of me doesn't like the bud in plastic bags/boxes idea, especially over a long period of time

Re: Storing 1l kilner jars in a lockable case
I'm limited for space. I need it 35cm max width to fit one of those in. I've seen a nice set of two cupboards with sliding doors from IKEA.. but they don't have a lock. I'm a bit shit at DIY to put locks on sliding doors. Plus they're 120quid plus 20 quid delivery to home. Although they would look nicer in the home.
