I've prematurely started this as I've got 50 parcels on the side from the buying spree the points store closing has caused . May as well get as many of these in these packs to save posting to as many the growers in again in a few weeks.

I have to ask how have you got 50 parcels I'd be surprised if you have 20 regular members who are earning points , how are these non participating members getting enough points to buy seeds lol

One of the reasons for the points store closing is we have around 50 - 60 members login daily. Around 15 - 20 used the forum daily as you say. The rest only log in to see what new giveaways or comps are up. Most are hanging on since the light a week time. Whenever we would put new stock in the points store these same people would buy up all the decent new stuff, and they have been sitting on a lot of points, now they know the free ride is over and no new stock is going in, they are finally spending their hoarded points.

Here you go @Wrh and @Paul_led. This may seem a bit of a over answer . But you have just given me the perfect place to show the true problem that we have been faced with, why the big promotions are less, comps, giveaways.



47 parcels are ready for lables. Thats around the amount that will go out on average a month. Each pack contains an average 10 seeds (this month far more given everyone is clearing their points).

On any given day around 50 - 60 members will log in, the majority to make sure they are not missing one of the huge party months to stock their points up, a light or tent giveaway, or if we have stocked new strains in the points store.

Here's the sad part, of the average 50 parcels that go out a month, maybe 10 will even post they have received them. Start to do the maths on that, 600 parcels a year, maybe 100 will even post to say they have received them and thank the sponsor or forum for the prize.

Now factor in the cost of these parcels, many of these are to international destinations, the time it takes to pack, sort, label, and the post office runs. Then factor in a company giving them amounts of seeds, lights, tents, and when they ask where they have gone, I can show them 100 thanks, for 600 parcels.

Now, this doesn't apply to most reading this, as most reading this post will be using the forum and be grateful for what it brings. Can you see the huge head fuck this creates? How embarrassing it can be for me to go out and keep asking for more seeds, more kit. We have for too long tried to keep this available to everyone, but everyone isnt doing right when it comes to what this place is.

There are still maybe 200,000 points in the system. Thankfully our regulars saw the post about us closing the points store and have cleared out a lot of what they want. By us not being strict or even mean by some standards, by us hoping people will use the extras fairly, and keeping everything available to everyone, its been abused like you wouldn't believe.

Moving forward things are changing. Ive got thousands of seeds, hundreds of strains available for GR420, and I've got over a thousand more strains for other projects im involved in that I could bring onto GR420. But flooding the place the way we have and how its been used got us to this point. Time for a change.

No more catering to everyone, time to focus on the people who use the place as a forum before comps/free shit.

Hello again guys, would be interested in this jus set back up doing a small auto run for Christmas time so this could work, hope yall doing good seen some fantastic stuff going on in the forum!
