being mindfull ,, meaning stop and take in whats around you ,, the smells sounds feels,, like just watching branches move on a tree in the breeze ,, its all about taking in the small things we normally over look in day to day life ,,, another little thing i learned in councelling
We can get swept away by our thoughts,,or learn to step back and see them with clarity.
Easy to forget its a choice
