storz and bickel service

Hello all, I bought a S+B vape from Amazon about 18 months ago which has been brilliant and I've used it A LoT, I dropped it while out and the led screen stopped working, So I contacted the seller who said it's up to S+B to sort out, any way to cut a long story short, I contacted S+B and they sent a prepaid packet to me and within a week I've got a brand new updated unit back 8-)

Very good communication, German engineering at its finest :cheering:

I recently had the same with SensorPush who sent me 4 new probes as mine had gone out of range.

I had the same response! During lockdown my screen faded. I know have learnt this is from exposure to sun sometimes so I always protect the screen. I sent them a video of the issue and they sent me an updated version!! Have you seen they may be ( rumors ) bringing out a vape on demand model?

There are tutorials on how to change the batteries yourself of course this ruins the guarantee but may be worth a look?
