@DanielSw00 is a reputable seed bank to use that prolly most growers have used at least once im pretty sure they are based in Spain now since moving from UK a few years back, they`ve been around for time.
Also look at Attitude Seedbank which is another big seedbank prolly biggest of lot with good rep that again prolly most growers will have used once, lots of freebies from the Attitude guys too although most will prolly throw in a few freebies. I remember these guys being around since dawn of time longer than most located in UK . Pretty sure they guarantee delivery for a little extra cost. Their is an Attitude Seedbank based in USA as well but im not 100% sure they are as one or same seedbank tbh although they look same and prolly are, but as said im just not sure. Royal Queen Seeds is a really nice northern lights strain that I've grown before. But maybe check out the Expert Seeds promo for Northern Lights on this page, I've not grown it from that breeder myself though

Seedsman is another seedbank that's been around since dawn of time and i think also based in Spain like Herbies.
All site sponsors that are seedbanks advertizing here are very much reputable as well with lots of stock, im unsure if all ship to USA though but i think they should do.
You`ve got different prices their cus different breeders charge different to others for seeds even if it is same strain. Personally i think some are robbing gits, but tis just my opinion.
