Re: Seedstockers - Sherbet Auto
Could this just be getting close to finish as its an auto how many weeks since germination? I think seedstockers recommend 11 weeks with light's on 20/4

Yes tbf it was stunted at the start. The bud sights are starting to pack out. Gotta really get this right next time. No more autos for summer thank god

Re: Seedstockers - Sherbet Auto
Yeah man..I'm still l3arning..so it seems like they still finish flowering even if stunted..I.e. regardless of the delay they do reach the end of their lifespan but potentially less density of nugs/flowers etc

Re: Seedstockers - Sherbet Auto
Id say usually if you have a cock up to start with yes they still flower but plants gonna be a lot smaller 9 times out of 10, but not so with this one, tbh i think its a bit of freaky auto in that sense cus they usually start to bloom a lot earlier from veg. See that's problem with auto`s Wu you`ve got no control of when they start blooming to flower, well i suppose unless you flip them to 12/12 but what's point doing auto`s then when you can grow stronger photoperiods. Daunting thought as well for me growing auto`s, theirs nowt down for me fucking them up early on and not filling my space properly.
I can see advantage of growing them for lots of growers especially during winter months when you've got cooler room temps, i mean in smaller rooms for percy type growers its gonna be cheaper to run most led lights 24/7 than running a 600watt leccy heater. They're just not for me, i like photoperiod fem beans and cuttings running a constant flower room and a small veg-drobe i can knock out 5 crops a year give or take a few weeks, which works much better for me that does. Im chopping my 2nd grow down this of the year this week and i should easily get another 3 in same room before years ends possibly 4 at a push, it just depends how much im on ball with it i suppose.

Agree man. I much prefer photos. I think for me..I'm contemplating, considering the cost of this run over winter whether I stop growing in winter full stop..especially as my lekky rates go up in October I think. Its just too hit and miss for me. Having control of fems works well.2-Scoops wrote: ↑Tue Apr 18, 2023 4:54 pmId say usually if you have a cock up to start with yes they still flower but plants gonna be a lot smaller 9 times out of 10, but not so with this one, tbh i think its a bit of freaky auto in that sense cus they usually start to bloom a lot earlier from veg. You're absolutely right.. this sherbet is a monster. These bud sites are filling up now. And she drank a fair bit in the last 24hours. It's going to be a bitch to harvest..she's an indica dom clearly. I swear I can smell a sweet smell..initially I thought it just smelt a bit kinda dry...but after a while it was a subtle sweet smell. My head thinks that when it doesnt smell like skunk..that it's a bad smell..but that's just coz I'm so used to smelling skunk on the streets maybe.
Let me get that ec pen ordered.

Re: Seedstockers - Sherbet Auto
You can guarantee you will get more weed off the 2 plants you've grown this time round than you could have bought with the leccy money if not I'd be surprised. The last grow in my 2 x 4 even counting the medium, nutes cost about 200 quid and I ended up with approx 13 ozs even if you add on the price of the bowl trimmer I bought it's still only 300 which would buy me 2 ozs max. Never be disappointed wu the plants a beast in a good way you'll pull a decent amount off it I'm sure. it's not over yet mate happy growing

Re: Seedstockers - Sherbet Auto
Topped up today
Dropped the nutes down
20l bucket
70ml a and b (~3.5ml/l)
20ml buddy (1ml/l)
10ml bullets (0.5ml/l)
These are still fattening up..I think she's going be a monster in the end...none of the new growth is yellow which I'm pleased about.
