How they looked last night. I think theyre about 5 days into flower. Should really check before starting post ph has still been dropping but i read something that suggested its because all the microbes have died so added another dose of orca. Keep taking a few big leaves off here and there to let light through.

When the pH stabilizes, that’s where the plants want to do their work so to speak.

For example, on the Rez change, pH the water to 6.0. If the pH drops to 5.7 then the plants want to be at 5.7. Say the pH drop to 5.4, that’s a larger difference from 6.0 therefore, your plants had to work harder to get there. Next res change, pH your res to where it was like 5.7 or 5.4 in the example above. In that example you won’t see a swing.

Interesting theory, but how low would you let the ph go? I think it had got down as low as 4.8 the other day
