Im wondering will these blackouts only affect people with smart meters?
I mean you can apply to keep your power on for special circumstances, if thats the case they cant turn the power off for a whole road, it has to come down to individual smart meters.
I reckon those of us that have been avoiding smart meters might avoid the blackouts
