cool. i grow in an 80x80 tent so not that much smaller than mine tbh.
TBH i can;t see anything that would alarm me tbh, id just say keep it going man

Also im now having to top the tank up with about 3 litres of water and obviously ever 3 or 4 days , is that normal at this stage ?

sounds like its in the stretch phase of growth where height will happen quickly. The plant will be drinking more as it goes into flower, sometimes a LOT more.
You can pinch and bend the stems if they get too high, i grow in coco so can;t really comment on feed rates for your setup but sometimes i add a touch of silicon to the feed to slow the upward growth down a little, but normally i end up pinching stems so i dont run out of height in my tent.

the number of bud/flower sites is what it is really. can;t say ive ever counted them lol.
