[/url]so I found this recipe. went to the store to get supply's. ran into a guy that seemed to know his gummy's. he told me the trick is to mix the lecithin in with my oil. get it hot, mix that in with the already mixed jello and water. here are some pictures. I doubled the recipe
you can use sunflower.
so this is where you need two people. one mixing. my burner set to 8. she just mixes the stuff up once it hot i put in the hot oil.she brings it up to just about to boil then gives me a ladle at a time
goes in freezer for 20 min pops right out
into cornstarch then power sugar
