Please someone help . How do I build soundproof room for myself. My son is exhausting me. He is 2 and a half and doesn't shut up. Literally. 24/7. Feels like he talks while he sleeps. My ears are bleeding And he repeats and repeats one thing over and over again like a broken radio.
