Re: New grower
Use Superthrive sparingly once or twice weekly is enough or when you stress out the plants, its magic stuff used for relieving a stressed out plant or using as a boost. Dont over do it.
The how too LST in the pictures is a load of bollox imo. A great way to train plants is top them once or twice let the stems grow long enough then tie them back to sides of your pots.

Re: New grower
I guess it depends on circumstances, with 4 plants in a 1.2x1.2 i found that to work quite well for me, id train one plant towards the next towards the next till they are in a loop.
With 3 in there that doesn’t work so well and i have to lean 2 and spread 1.
You end up having to cut off loads of crap from the bottom of the plant but it gets the job done

Re: New grower
Ive never used it tbh but looking here on the website it seems its just another form of silicon and is safe to use right the way through from young plants all the way through flowering.
How many ml/L does it tell you to use on the bottle?

Re: New grower
You dont really but he’s got it so might as well use it up. Its meant to help the plant move nutrients around and stuff i think
