You could pop a loo roll tube or a paper straw from mackers around the stem for support, that'll hold it 👍🏿
Definitely would work, would you not be tempted to just bury it so theres about an inch of stem showing?
Done everything u said mate only thing to do is straigh up plant leaning over 50ml water on each plant ok

Ok, sounds like your off to a good start then.
Now looking at the coco in your first pictures its way too dry, the idea is with coco is your not meant to let it dry out like that, its not like soil so dont treat it like soil, whats meant to happen is every time you feed in coco your washing away all the unused stuff and nasties bassically and keeping it fresh and nice, it also pulls in fresh oxygen onto the root zone. personally i feed every day and that helps keep the ratio of nutrients in check as well as loads of other benefits that i csnt be arsed to list,
The idea is to get 30% runoff, to throw a spanner in the works though people do habe their plants sat in trays in nutrients all the time, you can do this but youll need to be more careful with your plants, youll need to feed less.
Bassically that feed chart you have to reach the numbers its telling you you'd need some sort of drainage system that can get rid of the runoff for you. If you dont either get rid of the runoff or feed less youll get plants that are sick.

My guess is you dont have a runoff system in place so if i was you my next step would be to

1) use the nutrient you habe for seedlings, start i think it was called? Mix that up at half stength or less so 1ml per litre or less, youll need enough to saturate all 5 pots, dont bother with your vitalise at this point, save that for when they start getting bigger, your just aiming to give them enough food to truck on through the next week or so.
Make sure you ph the feed 5.8-6.2 will do you well but you can go to about 5.5-6.5 no problem really but you’ll understand all that as you learn more

2) take each pot individually and put it in the bath, carefully saturate all the coco in the pot, possibly 2-4 litres each looking at your pots, do it very carefully trying not to disturb the plants, you can hold the plant upright while you do it. This is actually a good time to straighten up any plants at the same time, just pour in the feed as you straighten the plant up.

3) leave to drain for 5 minutes and then get em back under a light, thats it easy peasy
Leave them be for about a week, as the coco starts drying out do the same thing again.
When they start feeding harder youll be feeding every day but for now roughly once a week should do you, just keep an eye on them and feed when you need

Drugs and Alcohol are never the answer! Unless the question was “what am I doing tonight”.

Yeah thats right give them a real good feed in the shower and let it all pour out of the bottom.
My mindset at the moment is you may have overfed them already so as a precaution by putting all that feed through them but at a really low dosage it will flush it all out and youll basically be starting again. Whatever you feed this time make a note of it and then when it comes to the next feed you can look and decide
A) the plants are looking pale ill give them a slightly higher dose
B) the plants are looking dark green and leathery its time to back off the feed a bit
C) the plants are a lovely green colour, no red in the stems ive got the perfect dose for this stage
