Took the F bars upto 250w today and brought the light interval down to 17/7, il be bringing the light interval down by an hour a day till I get to 12/12 I figure this has got to be better this shocking them with an immediate change from
20/4 to 12/12.

It’s only 75 watts did a decent job in veg office raising the temp a degree or 2, I’ve switched it off in favour of a larger heater as it wasn’t enough with the dropping temps
