AC Infinity fan owners, do you prefer 6 inches or 8?

Howdy.

There's a few of you on here running the AC Infinity fans, how do they stack up against the humble CanFan?

My CanFan has been running more or less non stop for 8 years now and no issues. It's a 5 incher and it does my tent perfectly (1.2m square x 2m high).

See, the smaller AC fans are quieter than the larger ones looking at the stats, so any of you want to give me some feedback on your tiddlers and your whoppers?

I've got a six inch AC, my mate has an eight inch.

Am I jealous?

Seriously though, I think it depends on your groom, in the 2x4 at full whack I get a lot of negative pressure, (saved my bacon in this heat). 8inch would be too much in that tent.

It's been running constantly for about 3 years now. Never missed a beat, very quiet and when the 2 x 4 is a veg tent putting the controller on auto sets the RH and temps lovely.

In flower I just run it at full so the filter is used all the time.

So I guess 6 inches works fine for me.

I've got 6 inches but I've reduced it to 5.
It's the fan with a 5 inch reducer,Y splitter running two 80cm tents. Very quiet and no issues.
It's set at about 60% running two tents in flower.
It's a good bit of kit at the price.

Curious about this as well Marcus as I am also in the market for an upgrade.

My 2x4x6 is too big to run my 4” can tagged onto a filter. Thinking at least 6, maybe 8. Noise not an issue for me, just want enough oomph to help the air scrubber do its bloody job

Yup I've got a 6 inch one of these, probably a bit overkill for my 2.5x2.5 foot tent really. Never had any issues with it, dont hear a thing either
