you have to watch buying the digital volcano ones used, people have made look alikes and are getting burned trying to get warranty work
i think even volcano has something about it in their FAQ

Another vote for the volcano here, we love ours and it's flawless. Extremely well made and so adjustable it suits everyone. If it broke I'd pay for another one tomorrow :)

Much better bulls... its vape rather than smoke as well so far less toxins.... The flavour ( especially with a new bag or cleaned whip ) is phenomenal.
