Leaf pointing straight up

Hey folks im bit concerned about one of my plants on the right one bottom leaf is facing directly up.

Can anyone explain what to do about this im not using a extractor fan could this be the reason?

The leaf isn't a huge concern.

What light is in there?
What temperature?
What humidity?
Why are you not using extraction?

Tent: Green-Qube V: GQ60XL – 60cm x 90cm x 160cm

That is all I got apart from the fan and 2 plants in pot, I was told I could have a decent grow with just light and tent no need for extraction.

You'll be fine with no extraction for a little while but i wouldn't recommend it. You need something to exchange the air once they're a bit bigger and using up all the co² available to them. Even a little clip on fan sat in the ducting sleeve at the top of the tent would be better than nothing.

Hygrometer is a must also just to keep track of temp and humidity.

I already had a clip on fan in mind every setup has them will get one off amazon once I order extraction

You will want extraction sooner than you think, you can just use a small fan placed in the vent holes in your tent to help remove air .

Cheap wise id go with a simple 4 inch rvk or similar. Spiderfarmer have a pretty cheap ec fan which would be quieter if noise is an issue.
