Re: Is it ok to re-use coco?
Yes that's another big reason i do it too, cus usually it just all goes in bin for bin man to take, well it still does but not as much. The Canna is fine stuff and tbh ive only used it 3 times before slinging it, cus it kinda goes mulchy and not so aeriated, which is a reason i add perlite, but if your gonna start doing it regular look for the much courser coco like Ugro, personally i just go in Wilkos and buy their own brand now or i should say i did last time for first time instead of Canna coco pro+ which I'd been using for over ten years, but yes its Wilko`s again next, 50 ltr blocks about a tenner`ish. Theirs some good vids on YouTube about buffering and charging coco with calmag too.
P.S
Its not even a tenner its £.50 for 40 litre block https://www.wilko.com/en-uk/wilko-coco- ... /p/0504740
Homebase sell it too but i not tried that i think Homer has though. 75ltr block £5.60 https://www.homebase.co.uk/coco-coir-co ... 22270.html
Just summink to bare in mind hey..

i reuse up to 5 times for weed then it goes to the veg garden as carrots grow lovely in it mixed in with compost,i employ worms just chuck some earthworms in a black bin bag of used just pull out fat roots and tie bag and leave it in a dark shed and 3-4 weeks later you have nice clean coco with a light charge of feed perfect for seedlings, good luck

Re: Is it ok to re-use coco?
I reused my coco and pots on my current grow with no issues although i agree prepping was a pain in the aass. Needless to say I already have new coco and pots ordered for next grow.
