Hey @2-Scoops mate,put the seeds in a matchbox along with a couple little bits of sandpaper and give it a shake,not too ruff but firm for a short while,thats the best way to scarify them i've found,them soak em in whatever you thinks best if you wanna,how old are they?

I`m not sure tbh, but they look old and dark when i received them, well the outer shells do mate, but yes im thinking the seed scuff idea along with a seed sprouting product i have stashed afterwards, see how we go. American product, seed starter kit & they do tissue culture kits too. Video below shows the company founder demonstrating their seed starter product, maybe you can get the kit contents in the UK or use same techniques or find a similar product this side of the atlantic.
