Mimosa Orange-Punch from Barneys Farm
Welcome to my review of my experience with this strain.

MIMOSA X ORANGE PUNCH
Ingeniously created by a further careful back crossing of our famous Orange Punch with the 2020 sensation Mimosa Evo.
This additional genetic infusion resulted in an astounding fast producer of gorgeous smelling bud; beta-caryophyllene, linalool and limonene terpenes create a sensational citrus-like, tangerine-candy sweet aroma. This crossing produced an extra compact plant compared to Mimosa Evo yet manages to maintain the staggering high production performance.
Without a doubt one of the most colourful editions to our Cali Collection, featuring this elegant plant’s deep gradients of purple, such beauty is rarely seen anywhere in the plant world, a real aesthetic treat for even the most experienced grower.
During testing it’s been described as an indoor cultivator’s dream! A rapid flowering period of just 55 to 60 days harvesting 700 g/m2.
Outdoors in ideal conditions MIMOSA X ORANGE PUNCH™ reaches heights of 1.5m – 1.8 metres producing in excess of 1.5kg of huge very compact colas of exquisite and delicious cannabis. At harvest time the enjoyment of this strain really goes up a notch, dense heavy buds are extremely easy to manicure and with the onset of the ever-increasing delicious citrusy candy orange aromas come to life. THC has been tested at an incredible 30%
Now on to my review.
I had zero problems germinating the 2 feminised seeds. They popped very quickly and sprouted out of the soil after just over a day. The seedlings were a little sensitive to the hot soil for the first couple of weeks but they still grew well enough.
I was taken aback with how squat they were. they grew low and bushy and pretty quickly, producing some enormous fat fan leaves.
They responded well to the training and recovered quickly from being potted up. They went from 3ltr square pots to 12ltr fabric pots in plant magic soil using plant magic grow and bloom with the occasional dash of aloe vera extract, very generously donated to me by @DIY.RIK.
I gave it 33 days of 18/6 under a HLG 135qb on full power, drawing 150w from the wall. Flowered under the same light in a 60x60x180cm tent.
From about 2 weeks veg they gave off a very nice hashy smell. This faded going into flower and started giving some heavy citrus notes. To me, it smells exactly like mandarin. They grew buds pretty fast and they grew them DENSE A.F. honestly, they were rock solid. Even the lowest growth was quite solid. Not as solid but still good. These plants were beautiful to look at with all their purples, reds and oranges that came through in flower.
I took both plants to 66 days from flip before getting the axe out and they dried for 6 days at 22/23°c 39/40%Rh. Smaller stems snapped so trim time.....was really quite easy to trim, it took me about an hour per plant but that was because i was enjoying the process.
It smells very mandarin until you grind it, then it's still citrus but it gives off that dank pong that tickles the back of your nose and raises your eyebrows, like orange flavour petrol.(dont know how else to explain it) it burns clean and taste very good, especially in the mighty, again very citrus. Makes me feel content and happy to do whatever for about an hour, then i want to lay down. I find myself smoking more to keep me up because if i stop i know im out for the count. Does give me a nasty dry mouth and heavy eyelids. I will definitely be growing this again in the future.

Re: Mimosa Orange-Punch from Barneys Farm
Wish i could help. As far as i am aware, mimosa evo is just a fancy mimosa phenotype that was kept. Could very well be wrong, i done all of 10 minutes of googling.
If you find out, please pop back and let me know
Thank you kindly.
