ive got an invisible sun 75 watt in a much smaller space than that dialled down as low as it goes + theres no heat at all coming from it the ballast feels cold its perfect for a non fan setup veg / clone closet.

heres another 75 watter dialled down in another space vag cab of mine these are on the lowest setting have been for weeks topped to fuk + back.
