well ive been setting fire to all my dope for 40 years now + my lungs are brand new cough cough. :rolf:
I probably still would be too @Captain Beefheart if my chest didn't start hurting. Turns out it was spinal issues causing chest pain, so I could start smoking again. :rolf:

I reckon truthfully I wanted an excuse to own a Volcano Vaporizer, then never looked back, but Volcano vapour is cool, so I missed that lung-burn sensation of smoking raw spliffs. I really don't miss tobacco though - in combination with weed it gives me a very different, more lethargic, foggy-headed high. I also don't believe people can taste the different terpenes when weed is combusted - to me it just tastes of burnt weed with a lingering burnt aftertaste. Vaping gives a much broader, tasty range of flavours and effects, and vaping or dabbing at higher temps can provide that full-lung sensation you get from a bong or raw spliff, if you like that kind of thing. One thing I miss is the ritual of spliff rolling

Sadly, THC was one of the substances found in patients with E-cigarette or Vaping Use-Associated Lung Injury (EVALI), but research is inconclusive, so it's possible those patients were vaping e-liquids as well as THC. I have been vaping pure, homegrown bud or rosin almost daily since I gave up smoking more than 20 years ago and don't suffer from any of those symptoms. I've had occasional three week to six month tolerance breaks, but didn't notice any major changes in lung function. I will continue to vape for as long as I feel healthy, because I enjoy it so much. Edibles are nice too, but different effects, less controllable and the instant hit and flavour of vaping tasty bud is hard to beat.

I’ve been vaping for a long time, too, and haven’t had any big issues with my lungs. I choose high-quality vape products and get them from trusted brands, which seems to make a difference. Personally, I enjoy vaping because of its fast effects and great flavor. If you’re looking for a reliable vape device, you might want to check out the NEXA Pro 30000. It’s worth a look for a solid vaping experience.

I use Tinymight 2 and a Flowerpot, and (without meaning to brag) weed vapes don't get much better than that. That Nexa Pro thing looks a bit cheap and I don't see any information about the materials it's made of. Looks like a disposable e-liquid vape, so best avoided if you want to avoid popcoen lung I reckon.

If they put out real info on popcorn lung that I've read on a e-ciggi forums in past. Well the coil doesn't get hot enough to burn off the diacetyl to fumes that causes it, its summink like that anyhow. A lot of scaremongering with ecigs that isn't actually true. I've been vaping ecig for like 15 years now on and off, lungs were fucked before i did and still are lol.

Also the ingredient in e-juice that causes popcorn lung >> diacetyl use in e-juice was banned here in UK in 2016 cus of the popcorn lung scare which has been around years,. TBH i think it can be used still if juice makers feel the need here in States but as said I'm not totally sure but know more reputable juice makers wont use the stuff, if unsure when buying foreign juices just pop them an email, but e-juice sold in UK shouldn't contain diacetyl.

Not looked into it for a long time now so shit might have changed a bit
