A very small milestone..

Just harvested my original NL5 from The Green Stash in Calli (these are original NL5 seeds from them indians on that island off Seattle apparently). Been running the strain for a few years, live it but the yields on this pheno are not brilliant, but quality over quantity.

Dusted a branch with a Guerilla Fume male I found (best of two males) as it had incredible tight branching and flowered late.

Here is the one of the results, my first ever (deliberate) cross....



There's obviously more but this was the first one I found and the rest if the plant is sensimilla so still get a smoke.

Small beginnings. The plan will be to work the line to find males and girls and get things stable.

Thank you all so much, really appreciated. Have started reading Marijuana Botany by Robert Clarke so hopefully this will help develop a stable line with the right traits I'm after. (

Obviously the NL5 is a very worked line as is the Guerilla Fume so starting with some stable genetics to make the F2s should be a good start to search through the variants. I'm after a blend of the two ideally but it will all be in the discovery.

Interestingly in veg, both plants look almost identical and there are rumours that the original Chem91 in the GF might have NL2 in it, so they seemed a good pairing.

(Makes me sound like I know what I'm talking about eh?!, couldn't be further from the truth!!).
