What are you having problems with?
All the pdf links above should take you to a login page, leave the username empty and just put the password listed next to the link you followed.
If you want the torrent that’s pretty straight forward depending on what software your using, I’m using utorrent and you just click add new torrent then paste the link in and it should find the folder.
I’ve got the 2gb folder downloaded, I can try uploading it somewhere for you if you like? Not sure what fileshare sites are about these days but sure we can sort something out
