Just going to show you guys my method of hash making when I'm stuck for smokes in-between grows but I've got loads of old leaf and trim about.
For this method, your trim will need to be as dry as possible!
So I use my blue bubblebag and an old coffee jar from the kitchen with a plexiglass top, I have used other colour bubblebags, for example, the yellow you do get less contaminates but I do worry that you don't strip some of the bigger trichs, I don't mind a bit of contaminates but, being sure that I stripped everything gives me peace of mind!
Next I fill the jar about half full with crunched up leaf material, I put it in the jar then crunch it up with my hand.
Now I put the jar into the bubblebag and tension the mesh over the top of the jar as much as I can and then squeeze on the lid (not all the way or its a nightmare to get back off).
Now its time to turn it upside down and shake it about a bit!! I usually shake for about 3-4 mins or so, now the great thing about the plexiglass lid is that you can watch your progress! Once I feel like I've had enough shaking I gently pry off the lid onto the table, empty the jar, restock and do another couple of jars this way, for this thread I only did 2 jars.
Now its time to move to the kitchen! You will need some grease proof paper, some sticky tape (I find electricians insulation tape seems to work very well). Cut out a square and fold it corner to corner several times until you have a triangle shape and tape the side to stop it coming open.
Once your happy that your little package wont come open, go ahead and fill her up with the kief!
Once your done, tape it up nice and tight!
For the next bit you will need to ask nicely if you can borrow the Wifey's iron! I like to put my package in a folded over piece of kitchen roll, its surprising how long you can have the iron on the paper without burning anything! Once the iron is nice and hot (I usually have it on max), I put as much of my body weight on the iron as possible without breaking it and ever 20 seconds or so I turn the package over and hit it again, I do this for about 5 mins!
