Yea ut worked fine. Took a bit longer than drying in the tent, probably a 12 day dry but was fine.Growmie wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 1:14 pmThanks P5! That is very cool. Did the cardboard one work decently enough?Point 5 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 1:02 pmhttps://growroom420.com/viewtopic.php?f ... Drying+box

Re: Super budget drying help
Thanks mate, not worried about the time it takes, just that it does a decent job and I don't ruin the bud or stink out the street mostly.Hmr81 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 1:33 pmYea ut worked fine. Re: Super budget drying help
Is hanging them from the roof of the tent above your light not an option?
Just cut the branches from the main stem and leave all the leaves on, they'll slow the dry down somewhat.
I dry mine on the branches anyway, they only come off when they go into jars, then I pull any excess leafage off at the same time.

Re: Super budget drying help
I did consider this but my lights have inbuilt fans so they would have constant air being blown on them, not to mention as heat rises I'm assuming it would be even hotter than my tent which is at 26c? Not to mention wouldn't the light reflection off the mylar also affect it?Marcus wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 4:41 pmIs hanging them from the roof of the tent above your light not an option?

Re: Super budget drying help
Thank you bro, did you notice any smell even without the ONA? Or did you always use that?MrNice wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 11:27 amTbh Mr G na ..........Good idea tho i

I think I'm going to try run it through the tent if possible, as neighbours are nosey and can't risk having door kicked in.
Any idea where I might be able to get a big cardboard box? Haha.
Defo have to look into an air ironizer when I'm back on my feet and have a bit of money though.

Smell may be a bit with out the gel
best idea hang it in your tent with extract on slow to pull any smelly air away but not to dry the weed out to quick
