Inoculation of Bio Char
I have been watching this video here for a general guide as I have watched to how to make biochar video already and found it very informative and comprehensive, packed out with information.
https://youtu.be/DOEyIPVn2r0
I am looking forward to making a compost tea again, it has been a good while has that. This will be done with 2 types of compost, some alfalfa and worm castings. Maybe some rock dust too.
All welcome to input here and add ideas, I am learning as I go on this one with some added tips from a few whispers idea storming.
I need to wet my GHO biochar 1st apparently.
I may split it and come up with 2 way's of doing this though. I think I may come up with a quicker way in case people need a quick turn around at the end of cycle and harvest for instance.
So here we go

Re: Inoculation of Bio Char
I don't know much about bio char, but urine was often used as fertiliser as it's high in Nitrogen.

Yeah it's good for fungal dominated plants like shrubs and bushes if I remember correctly. My dad always told me which plants I could piss on when caught short, so I didn't kill his pansies offThe Aspie Toker wrote: ↑Sun Nov 28, 2021 1:19 pmI don't know much about bio char, but urine was often used as fertiliser as it's high in Nitrogen.

Should just grow in coco. Bacteria love all that extra oxygen and the roots don't suffocate every time you water them.

Re: Inoculation of Bio Char
Yes that is a very good point Dave.
When dynomyco https://dynomyco.co.uk/ came onto the scene I rewmmber @Keeno having great results with added fungi so I am sure bacteria are useful for your style of growing KD.
In fact I think there has been threads here abpout mixed organic and coco growing here, using bottled nutes along with coco and other added organic amendments.
Thank you for bringing it up.
