In my own opinion it helped with both, i managed to come off a 1 1/2 ltr of morphine a month and a15mg 24hr patch so there is the pain part. When they put me on my trial drug at the end it was to give me a couple of more months to sort stuff out definitely not to be where i am now and they left me with 2 tumours one 6cm one at 4cm and that's when i started taking some real heavy duty RSO.....was really monged out for 6 months but now have a tumour at 1.1 cm and one at 0.6cm...there is the cancer part..
