What does GR420 mean to you?

So with it being the sites birthday, I'm sat here thinking how much I love having somewhere that's like a coffee shop, full of stoners and growers to talk to and share tips with, without having to leave the house. We can buy seeds and merch with our points and there's a metric ton of competitions for free stuff too! What other site even comes close to that?

For me though, it's the community I enjoy, the hard work from the staff to keep this place going and fun, and banter from the members that just make it so welcoming, like a digital home from home.

So... As a thank you to the guys running the show... Lemme know what GR420 means to you.

hi kd and all well i like it here as it has the same ethos as tgc and puts members first also being an old fart i need to have a diary for the grows or loose track of everything! also like that theres people here to talk to as its gotten quite lonely talking to myself on tgc!
and the shop bit is a good idea and i understand the work and cost involved and see why @Keeno has had to work so hard raising sponsors to keep it rolling along,respect.
also i like when i can to help others sort there grows out its all about the sharing imo,peace

when i found this place 1 year ago i was growing in mud from the back yard with 3' fluro tubes,bag seeds,miracle grow 20/20/20..now with some help and knowledge and winnings from here im crushing autos and photos with confidence for my own stash of happiness and dont forget about some crazy stuff;making foil hats,greeting cards,ugly plants.... the peoples around here are always quick to help to answer questions or just be encouraging. thanks to all and HAPPY BIRTHDAY GR420

To me it’s somewhere to talk about a subject I can’t talk about with anyone else.
It’s like when someone tells you a juicy secret and you just got to tell someone but you know you can’t so you keep it to yourself but it bugs you so bad.
Just like growing weed, nobody knows and I can’t talk to anyone about it except my Mrs and she hasn’t got a clue what I’m going on about half the time, forums like this are the only place I feel safe enough to talk to anyone about any of this.
It makes me sad to see forums disappear but happy to know there will always be a great group of people somewhere sharing all their experiences growing weed.
Happy birthday gr420, I know I’m new here but already feels like home, hopefully we will see many years to come of birthday celebrations for the forum
