Splitting up Diaries

Large amounts of diaries have come up before in discussion regarding points so ill have a chat with the team about maybe restricting it to 5 active diaries that can accumulate points.

One diary per room seems fair and the most do it that way everywhere else on forums. It seams reason they get split is to accumulate points, if peeps are being honest. I`m not knocking anyone for doing it, tis more summink you should be looking at and tweaking me thinks Keeno.

I think the quality of multiple diaries speaks for the number that can be sustained. ive started 3 plus in the past and they always suffer either through lack of effort or one diary will be growing badly which mentally stops me updating that one, but then i feel bad for updating good ones when i have shit ones and nothing gets updated

Best of luck to people with the time and effort to consistently update various diaries without just copy and paste and changing a sentence or 2

I think there will always be those diaries that get forgotten about, maybe a few more with a points system mind.

I think I've done 3 or 4 before with no worries, but that was when I had loads of spare time and lots of energy focused solely on here and growing, reading.

There are many different variables that could contribute to someone finishing a diary half the way through.

Maybe also, do the betting simply as a game so no infliction upon people's points too. So less likely for people to become tempted to abuse the system in the 1st place.

What @TTL is doing right now is meaningless and disrespectful. I won't tolerate that kind of behaviour. The kind of diaries he started, are the ones you can clearly say , you've started only for the points. Do you realise the amount of work done and the resources behind the scenes for free seeds to happen?

I am saying that in front of everyone because none of this should have happened as no one else abused the system so far the way @TTL is trying to. And that's just because he wants it all! Anyone acting in such way will loose access to the point system!

The diaries you have started consist of a few words for each post. This is fast becoming a bigger issue than is needed. I said I had no issue with people running multiple diaries. What you have done is try to prove a point or blatantly abuse the points system, the latter is the only rule i attached to the points store when we opened it. As mentioned we are discussing this atm. Until this happened we have not had anyone run multiple diaries in a clear effort to gain points. As soon as this has happened we had begun to discuss it.
